Congratulations on taking the first step towards your personal goals. I realize that it can be difficult to ask for help and doing so is very courageous. I provide both individual, and family counseling to adults, adolescents and children. For the past eight years I have worked with children and adolescents with Developmental Disabilities and I have also worked in a community foster care program. My approach to therapy is collaborative, respectful and compassionate. I help clients explore their fullest potential in working to overcome life challenges.
