It is time to take control of your life. I am now taking new referrals. I gladly accept Mainecare, as well as other insurances. I am always accepting new clients between the ages of 13-99. I have long history of experience, 10+ years, with dealing with mental health and co-occurring disorders (people who experience mental health issues as well as a substance abuse problem). I specialize in an array of different areas, such as addiction, depression, anxiety, marital/relationship problems, and grief to name a few. I strive to have a comfortable, laidback environment where clients can be themselves and express their thoughts and feelings freely without judgment. I believe everyone has the ability to change. It's up to the individual how much. Change is not always easy and may take time to see results. Change is an ongoing process.
