While life's challenges and transitions are often times when we need greater support, I believe they are also opportunities for self-understanding and growth. I strive to provide a safe, supportive and reflective environment where clients can feel comfortable to explore their concerns, feelings, and relationship patterns and build upon their strengths to develop different ways of understanding, coping, and relating. As I understand that seeking support and sharing one's feelings can be a difficult risk to take, I have a high respect for each person who chooses this endeavor. I enjoy working with adults on relationship issues and life transitions and have experience in working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and loss issues, eating disorders, and learning issues. I have also had extensive experience working with adolescents and their parents dealing with a range of school related issues.
