Life has a funny way of throwing us a curve ball every so often, challenging us to make very difficult changes in our lives. In order to successfully negotiate these life changes the support of friends, family, and therapy may be necessary, so that we can regain confidence in ourselves and in turn improve relationships with others. For the past thirteen years, my experience includes long term care facilities, community mental health centers, and current private practice for the past eight years. My approach is individualized and focused on the needs of my clients. I offer comprehensive counseling services in a comfortable accepting environment.
