I believe that in order for individuals to experience an extraordinary life (a life filled with peace, love, joy, and purpose) they must learn how to heal, protect, and strengthen all three parts of themselves - the mind, the body, and the spirit. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy with Christian principles to address a complexity of issues within an individual, family, couple, or group that may be preventing them from experiencing physical, mental, and spiritual wholeness. I have a specialty in children's mental health (ages 5-17) and have worked with children experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral issues. I also have experience counseling adults and couples who have issues such as depression, low self-esteem, abuse, trauma,and relationship problems.
