Humans are social creatures and in need of healthy relationships to survive and thrive. I have a passion for helping people work through traumatic experiences and increasing healthy attachments with others. In addition to working with adolescents and adults, I specialize in ñon-directive experiential play therapy techniques. I use this specialization in helping children and their families navigate negative behaviors that may be related to a traumatic event or life change. I take time to develop a relationship with my clients. I believe doing so allows for trust to build, so that therapy can be most effective.
