I have a wide variety of experience and have been instructor at the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work and Family Therapy program. I am married to a Family Therapist, Sally R. Connolly, and we share mutual approaches and values in our work I am a direct, problem solving therapist, freely share my opinion and suggestions, and will value your questions, feedback, and preferences regarding the way we work. I give careful attention to your strengths and individual resources, and prefer that as a more successful way of directing the therapy. I usually find relationship skill focus is important with couples, as well as clearing the air of resentments and finding a fresh start place in the relationship.
