I have been a licensed therapist for 15 years and love working with people. I enjoy the therapeutic process and helping people to grow, change, develop, and become. I enjoy helping people develop a plan of self care in a safe and nonjudgmental setting. I specialize in treating Mood Disorders (such as Depression and Anxiety), Family and Relationship Issues, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I love being a therapist and working with a diverse population of people with a variety of life's challenges. My style of counseling is based on the philosophy of therapist and client collaboration. My style is a mixture of Person Centered and Cognitive Therapy Styles.
