My goal is to help individuals with stress and anxiety related to various life situations; help those who struggle with panic disorders, agoraphobia and depression; develop healthy interpersonal relationships, including setting and maintaining healthy boundaries and developing skills to communicate effectively; and to heal and adjust from grief and loss. My overall approach to counseling is eclectic in nature, with a focus on empathic, client-centered support and practical feedback to help effectively address personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding, I support my client's individual needs and strengths to help them attain the clarity, emotional healing, and personal growth they are striving for.
