If we can change the way we think, we can change the way we feel, which will change the way we act. If we can start taking stock of our life - and the many positive things in it - we can start to feel better and live more fully. I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 1997 and I have worked in many different clinical settings - from an outpatient mental health center to a school setting to private practice.
