Individuals, couples, and families can fill their toolboxes with easy to use tools. Practice at "The Beach" or at home. Use the meditation room, relax with the fish, listen to the waves, take in art, or play in the sandbox...When you are comfortable, solutions come easily. My role is to offer support and insight, and help you test the waters.
