You may have come to the point where you know you need to make a change in your life. You don't have to do it alone. As a therapist, I am trained to work with individuals, couples, and families to help them strengthen their relationships and thrive in their lives. I am experienced working with children and adolescents and love to incorporate play therapy techniques into my sessions. I completed my Bachelor's in psychology from the City University of New York, Baruch College and completed graduate and clinical training at the University of Maryland, College Park. My approach is collaborative and I believe our connection is incredibly important as we go through the sometimes difficult, yet rewarding, journey of therapy. My purpose is to help you identify and utilize the strengths you possess so that you can create the life and relationships that you want. Our relationships are often a source of great joy, but when they are off balance, they can bring a great deal of frustration, anxiety, and stress. I will help you navigate difficult relationships and reconnect, strengthen, and rebuild your relationships so they can become a source of fulfillment and intimacy.
