I offer effective counseling for a full range of mental health issues. I am trained in empirically researched based treatment approaches, which include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and Mindfullness based cognitive therapy (MBCT). As a therapist I will work collaboratively with the client to heal psychological wounds, acquire new skills, and find solutions to problems. My specialties include treatment for eating disorders, obesity and weight management, depression, alcohol abuse, addictions, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, sexual assault or abuse, anger management, parenting and behavior management.
