My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, comfortable space to those in need of psychotherapy in a non-judgmental, professional, confidential atmosphere. My graduate training was in Marriage and Family therapy with an emphasis on mental health counseling. My license and certification is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in treating trauma, grief and loss, P.T.S.D., Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, anxiety disorders,and issues pertaining to women and girls. I like to think of my approach as eclectic and individualized as I adjust my treatment in order to suit the individual's needs. I work from an existential humanistic framework while incorporating D.B.T./C.B.T. skills. I also incorporate mindfulness based practices, breathwork and body awareness.
