I am a Life Therapist who helps the Boomer population get unstuck, find purpose, and be informed. I combine Old Wisdom teachings with New Age knowledge to help you realize happiness as a state of being and not an emotion. I address anxiety, depression, PTSD, weight issues, and anything that simply feels "off". Many times societal issues and/or struggles in your life may cause you to spiritually and/or emotionally fall asleep. I enjoy working beside you to help you discover your true purpose and destiny in life. Emotional wellness and physical health have become more specialized over the years. Too often one hand may not know what the other hand is doing. I specialize in helping you bridge the gap between mind, body, and spirit to help you feel whole in all areas of your life. I believe that intuitively, our bodies know how to heal. Because each of us is different, finding the right approach is important. I use a combination of traditional psychology, spiritual and sound healing, brainspotting, and meditation to help my client find deep meaning and healing in his or her life.
