Therapy is to learn about yourself. I believe together we can processes any issues that you may feel stuck on. I seek to create an atmosphere that is conducive to growth, healing, and wellness. I use an individualized approach to therapy based on the client's situation and preferences. I often utilize a cognitive interpersonal approach that focuses treatment on relationship dynamics and how the person thinks about the situation. Since thoughts are related to feelings and subsequent behavior, feelings and choices one makes are often explored. What will it take for you to say "YES" to exploration and healing?
