Life sometimes hands us situations that are just too difficult to deal with on our own. The good news is that you don't have to walk alone. Therapy is a way for you to seek help in a safe and caring environment. I have helped client's navigate through some of the worst times in their lives. The focus of our time together can be based on anything from addictions to depression to relationship conflict. The pain that bonds you to your situation is not permanent. Life can be difficult and sometimes a helping hand is what we need. My therapeutic approach is comprised of Play Therapy and Reality/ Choice Therapy. I have received training in Play Therapy for children/adolescents, am trained in EMDR for trauma and certified in Prepare&Enrich for relationships. I am blessed to be a part of Charis Counseling Center in Baldwin Park. During my time in the practice I have had the opportunity to fine tune my skills in working with children. The power of Play Therapy has given my young clients and their families hope for healing.
