Treatment is individualized and structured for your specific issue The client and myself together develops an individualized plan. I work by listening, hearing and helping my client gain a deeper understanding of obstacles, which are causing repeating patterns of negative behavior,and how to overcome struggles. My clients find me engaging and sensitive to their issues. I am pleased to make house calls,also Phone Life advisement and E-life advisement for those too busy , or desiring ananimity ! With couples and families, I use a systems advisement approach with cognitve life skills as needed. When possible, I prefer brief Life advisement sessions for families, couples and individuals. I utilize Reality based advisement and when needed Behavior Modification for individuals.. Phone sessions and E-sessions are available for busy people. My specialty areas include: marriage conflict, relationship difficulties,anxiety ,depression ,addictions, self-esteem issues,career concerns ,smoking cessation ,eating and weight problems and stress management.I provide phone advisement, and e-advisement for those that prefer this mode of treatment; Taking the first step is often difficult.
