I work with men and woman who are interested in exploring themselves deeply to overcome any limiting behaviors and beliefs that stem from trauma, cultural entrainments, neurological/ mental/ spiritual/ emotional patterns or blocks and/or simply not being taught how to tap into their greatest potential to not only heal themselves but to thrive with purpose and joy. We have our greatest self to discover. Accepting ourselves as we are positions us toward wholeness and empowers us to change painful patterns like depression/anxiety, addiction, and conflicts. We create our reality through our perceptions. We determine our lives by our self-worth. We have the power to manifest life with meaning and joy. I approach my work holistically and help my clients find their inner strength, courage and truth so they can step into lives that they create with intention and clarity. I have many mindfulness tools and natural remedies to support you on your healing journey.
