Everyone has issues. Sometimes, we get in our own way with inner barriers that keep us from finding the solutions we need to our personal problems. Perhaps, the past haunts us. I have over the past 30+ years worked with people to develop insight and to support their growth into a more loving and productive life. Through insight, skills training, and mind/body awareness, I help people to move into their best future. You are unique. My specialty is in psychodynamic counseling which focuses on you as an individual. Insight, skills training, mind/body awareness, and cognitive behavioral processes are tailored to your specific needs as we develop a relationship in which I get to know - and you get to know - the real you. As a Medical Psychotherapist, I also work with stress/pain management. I have been in practice for 30+ years and have lived and worked in this community since 1979. My intention is to offer the highest standards of practice and to be of benefit to individuals, couples, and the community at large.
