I most enjoy working with you, someone motivated to find help. I will help you learn to cope effectively with depression, anxiety, bipolar and trauma disorders and I have for over 12 years. You could be individual, couple, family or in groups. Adolescents and adults are my focus. I will help you with stress or horrifying traumas, deaths, diagnoses. Experiencing the miracle of birth? Struggling with perinatal mood difficulties, sometimes mood and anxieties? I can help. I will teach you skills which enable and empower you to feel happy, stable, and so you can become independent again. I will teach you empowering skills to manage depression/anxiety.
