Concerns that led you to seek services are often the result of a combination of factors. These may include relationships with other people, life stressors and transitions, biological factors, health status, nutrition, and physical activity levels. Therefore, you will be treated as an individual with unique concerns and individual goals will be developed. Conventional and alternative medical approaches, religious/spiritual beliefs, and cultural values are respected as part of the healing process. Various methods will be used depending on your unique needs and goals. We may focus on decreasing specific symptoms, developing an understanding of certain patterns and events in your life, or on improving relationships and learning how to better communicate. Work with couples also include half day intensives. For your convenience, we offer weekend and evening hours. Services are available for couples, families, adults, adolescents, and children. Work with couples include improving and enhancing relationships or helping couples who are experiencing a major relationship crisis.
