I strive to provide my clients a safe and nurturing environment to explore the changes they wish to make. I work with my clients to improve the quality of their life. I bring many different working experiences to my practice. I have worked with patients in hospital settings, foster care families and children and parents in both private and public schools for over ten years. I love to help my clients set goals that we will address and work on together. My expertise includes developing coping skills, problem-solving skills, and strategies to manage issues surrounding anger, behavior management, self-esteem, changes, divorce, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, attachment, and social skills.
