My counseling goal is to help individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges in a healthy way, so they can achieve their goals and function at their desired level. I have worked with at-risk youth ages 12-21 for the last six years and also have experience helping couples and families work through relationship difficulties. I focus on solutions and strengths while also looking at the impact of attachment, relationships, and systems. I enjoy working with youth in their teens and early twenties, which also includes working with the youth's family. I believe we are all shaped by our family backgrounds and experiences and have strengths and resources that can help us solve our problems. *I offer a free 30 minute consultation to explore what counseling would look like so you can decide whether you want to engage in therapy before sharing personal details.
