Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or just know you want to experience life differently, counseling is a great place to explore what's going on and the possibilities for change. My style is collaborative, and my priority is to provide you with a safe, supportive environment in which you feel enabled to make progress toward your unique goals. I currently work with couples, families, and individuals, and I specialize in relational issues as well as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other forms of mood/behavior dysregulation that may be the result of grief or trauma. My graduate education and training was in marriage and family therapy, so I operate primarily from a family systems perspective. I also have formal training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and use this extensively with clients struggling to regulate their behavior and emotions.
