As a trauma focused therapist, I believe that it is my job to walk along side you in your journey of healing. I offer a warm and supportive office environment. I strive to tailor treatment to meet your individually chosen goals and circumstances. I see clients ages 10-100! I specialize in the following areas: childhood trauma, attachment issues, sexual trauma, problem sexual behaviors/ sexual offending, PTSD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, military and combat related trauma, anxiety disorders, traumatic brain injury, OCD, depression, and behavioral issues. My treatment modalities include: attachment focused therapy, art therapy, biofeedback, interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness, EMDR, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, affect and behavior regulation. I offer two office locations, one in Saco, Maine and one in Auburn, Maine.
