This heightened awareness will empower you to more fully utilize the internal resources you have developed. Working within your personal value system, our sessions together will focus on what you need to become a whole person. Using wellness tools, you will evaluate your personal needs in all aspects of your life. I have 30 years volunteer experience with couples' concerns. Focusing on solutions to the challenges you face, you will experience new insights to identify the choices available to you. As we build a therapeutic relationship in a safe environment, sessions will focus on your specific concerns. I clocked 1,363 hours in client sessions from 2013-2014. As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I am supervised by two Licensed Mental Health Counselors to meet Florida's licensure requirements. I am able to offer affordable services without insurance and you have input from two additional therapists.
