As a therapist, I value meeting people where they are at in their journey and work hard toward honoring each individuals therapeutic process. I believe that therapy gives us an opportunity to be self-reflective, which helps us make better choices. I am vested in walking beside my clients and facilitating a process that can bring them closer to achieving their goals. My hope for my clients is that through therapy they will achieve a more fulfilling and improved quality of life through healing and living a life with more intention and purpose. I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with the state of Florida and a certified Relationship Educator. I have learned ways to help couples and individuals have more healthy and satisfying relationship by helping them learn effective ways to solve conflict and become more intimately connected. I offer any of my services in both English and Spanish. I am a Certified Relationship Educator in both PREP-(Prevention Relationship Enhancement Program), and PAIRS-(Practical Applications for Intimate Relationship Skills) curricula. I offer counseling for individual, couples, and families, and offer workshops as well.
