Although I think I was a therapist long before it became my profession, my first clients were limited friends and family. Since I have been working in the field, I have been blessed to see all my experiences, both personal and professional, come together to help benefit others. I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents and children. I try to be flexible enough to meet many scheduling needs. I work with all ages and relationships, particularly those affected by addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and life transitions. Furthermore, I am EMDR trained. EMDR is a highly effective method of brain stimulation which allows me to assist in processing any level of trauma. The Building Bridges office is located just off State Road 32, between US Highway 31 and Union Street in Westfield. Our office is situated behind the car dealership, near the entrance to Asa Bales Park.
