I approach each new client openly. I deeply value each client's individuality and hold a great respect for your privacy. My work with individuals, families and children incorporates a direct and caring approach. I understand that coming to therapy can be overwhelming and hope that we can work together to form a trusting and helpful relationship. I specialize in children, adolescent, and family therapy. I believe in a holistic approach that takes into consideration all psycho-social aspects of a child/adolescent (school, home, parents, and the child themselves) that can affect their ability to live, learn and be happy. My work with families includes incorporating cooperation and healthy communication between family members as well as helping parents work more effectively as a team. I also have expertise working directly with teachers, parents, and children school based behavioral issues. My work with adults includes issues of anxiety, depression, and relationships.
