In the last 12 years I have worked with clients who are seeking to make changes & take charge of their lives. I have extensive experience working with people who have experienced difficulties such as depression & anxiety. I have found that mood changes that go unrecognized or are not addressed can bring challenges into relationships we have. My passion is to help families & couples find ways to support one another while making changes. I work with individuals to process through grief & loss, that has occurred from the loss of a loved one or recent life transition. In addition to infertility & pregnancy related concerns. I focus on the strengths an individual, couple or family brings into session, as a building place for change and healing. My collaborative approach with clients has empowered them to take the needed steps to acheive their goals. Life is full of changes and transitions, and that is an area that I speacialize in. I have found that my role as a therapist is to walk along side my clients as they are exploring and experiencing what life is bringing to them. I enjoy working with people who own their successes and also are open to learn from any setbacks they experience.
