Life is an incredible journey and just like any adventure, there are occasional obstacles, dead-ends, and pit stops that complicate matters or completely derail us from where we are going. As a therapist, I truly believe that my clients have the answers they need; it is my job to ask the right questions while providing support and encouragement along the way. I have worked with both adults and children in my 11+ years as a social worker. Serving my clients is my passion; therapy is what I am called to do. I have worked in the outpatient community mental health, hospital, and school settings; clients have included those living with severe mental illness and substance addiction, individuals grieving the loss of loved ones, patients and families facing major medical procedures and chronic illnesses, and children with emotional and behavioral disorders. I'm a Bardstonian; I understand the hesitation one might feel in seeing a therapist who lives here. Clients will have a difficult time benefiting from therapy if there are concerns regarding confidentiality. Service to others is at the core of what I do and that certainly includes privacy.
