I work with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety and trauma. I am also experienced in working with substance and behavioral dependencies. I can also help with career and peer relationship issues. I have experienced many transitions in my own life and and I can help you successfully work through your own life transitions be it adolescence to adulthood, in divorce and co-parenting, within careers or to new careers, in recovery, in relationships and into retirement.
