I have over 23 years experience, and specialize in helping with severe trauma, sexual addictions, nightmares, panic attacks, anxiety, Combat related PTSD, sexual abuse, and depression in all forms. I also work with time loss; Dissociative identity disorder (previously known as multiple personality disorder), and issues related to religious abuse. I have a strong background in cross cultural psychology, having lived and studied the nature of consciousness as a monastic for six years and as well as within other cultures; this has given me a diverse and complex perspective on life and people. I can offer you a non-judgmental, compassionate space to feel seen and heard no matter how hard or crazy what your going through seems. I offer both compassion and precision in my approach and techniques, so that you are more likely to be freed from these conditions and suffering. I also work with helping to stop PTSD related nightmares without the use of medications. All people suffer in different ways. Whatever your struggle, I will be with you in it, and we can work through it together.
