Every person at times experiences difficult problems which they have trouble coping with. In the midst of their problem, it is common to only see despair and hopelessness. But there is always some meaning that can be found in problems, and always some way a difficult situation can be made better. There is a Finnish saying: "However much there is that is bad, there is always some good in it." I collaborate with my clients in finding solutions they never thought of, consider approaches they never tried, and replace self-defeating attitudes with more productive ones I have been invited and appeared on the Dr. Phil Show as an expert on compulsive disorders and family problems.
