If you have tried traditional talk therapy and been disappointed, EMDR offers more. EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) is a mind-body psychotherapy that can facilitate rapid, profound and lasting healing. Typically used for trauma, EMDR can assist with other issues as well. Working holistically, I also specialize in assisting clients with chronic pain, and resolving performance anxiety.
