I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indianapolis, Indiana working with youth, families and couples. My professional approach centers around genuineness and compassion. We all struggle from time to time with symptoms of depression, anxiety or other emotional disturbances we ourselves sometimes do not understand. Therapy can be a time to sort through our thoughts, feelings and behaviors to begin healing ourselves from within. In my opinion today's youth experience great amounts of stress in comparison to the past. Statistics demonstrate that youth are dealing with complex issues as they approach adulthood. I am very passionate about assisting today's teens and their families with bettering their individual situations. The cost of therapy varies depending on many factors. Arrangements can be discussed if you find yourself in need of mental health treatment. I am currently working from a grant, and can email you an attachment so you can apply for free sessions.
