I believe in assisting my clients in reaching their full potential in life by looking backwards for understanding and living forwards. Part of my approach places emphasis on the influence of our past, on the development of current behavior,and understanding of the unconscious. I offer an environment and a therapeutic relationship that fosters acceptance, insight, security, forgiveness and ultimately freedom to live a fulfilling life. When working with couples my approach involves the understanding of each other's developmental history, past wounds and working towards a conscious communication that involves empathy, compassion and intimacy. I also provide immigration reports based on mental health status and recommendations. My focus is based on acceptance of others, self, and confidence of one's value. This focus is also central when working with children. I use play therapy and family focus therapy when working with children and their families. I also provide immigration evaluation and reports.
