Since 1988, I have provided positive and supportive counseling to children, teens, adults and couples in Jackson, Wyoming. I am a client-centered therapist with training in marriage and family counseling. I help people with a wide variety of issues and concerns. I am also a Registered Play Therapist--the only therapist with this advanced certification in northwestern Wyoming. Utilizing Play Therapy, I help children cope with difficult emotions and challenging situations at school or home. I offer parental strategy sessions, which focus on reaching solutions to family conflicts and other issues. Through my years of experience, I have witnessed how healing the counseling process can be. It is beneficial to talk and explore feelings and thoughts with a caring and sympathetic counselor. Most issues and problems can be addressed and alleviated in this trusting and safe environment. I adhere to the Code of Ethics of my professional organization, the American Counseling Association. I am a Preferred Provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Wyoming, and my fees are reimbursed at varying percentages by most other insurance companies.
