I have experience treating depression, anxiety, and stress. I also work with people who have problems with parenting, bereavement, relationships, low self-esteem, gender issues, divorce, medical and health concerns, and end of life issues. My approach is active and combines my training in Client-Centered, Family Systems, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Therapy is relatively short term.
