Adult ADHD? Depression? Anxiety? Are you a teacher? Creative or helping professional? Have life stress such as transitions, career concerns, medical issues, family problems, difficult childhood experiences, or work stress? With 25 years of experience, and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, I devote my practice entirely to individual psychotherapy with adults who have these problems. My focus is state-of-the-art treatment for select issues, rather than generalist practice. I am working on my second book for Oxford University Press--this one on adult ADHD. I welcome individuals of all ethnic backgrounds and gender identities. My approach begins with a careful assessment which helps us understand all the contributing factors to your difficulties. The initial emphasis is helping you feel better soon. Over time, we will undertake a careful examination of any habits, thoughts, relationship patterns and past experiences that may contribute to your difficulties.
