I work with women and men who are motivated to work through life transitions by making changes in themselves and/or their relationships. Most often, my clients are people who have had--or are currently dealing with--disturbing life events (recent or remote) that need resolution in order to allow them to move forward. Symptoms may include any degree of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, difficulty studying or leading a healthy lifestyle. I specialize in mindfulness-based stress and pain reduction; rapid resolution of disturbing memories through EMDR; marital, relationship and divorce therapy that utilize positive psychology and current personality theory; adult family systems therapy; life, student, and executive coaching.
