I have worked for the last 26 years in the addiction treatment field, with addicts, alcoholics, family members. Seeking the help of an external resource to aid in your recovery is a most important step in the process of healing. When the motivation to act is present make the call. That's all it takes to get started. I'm ready to help you or guide you in the right direction. I believe in the disease model of addiction. I have worked with addicts, alcoholics, and affected family members throughout my career. At the same time, I believe in meeting you wherever you're at to discover with you an approach that will be helpful. In 2009 I was awarded the Counselor of the Year Award by the Substance Abuse Counselors of Colorado. I am in the process of obtaining my certification from AASAT (American Association of Sex Addiction Therapy) and have been working with sexual addiction for the last two years.
