I have considerable experience working with active duty and retired military members and their spouses. I have skillfully assisted clients dealing with Substance Abuse issues in exploring behaviors, feelings and difficulties causing them problems. I have been successful in helping clients open communication, resolve conflicts and start developing the kind of relationships they always desired. I am an advanced psychodrama trainee under the supervision of Linda Condon, LMHC, TEP. I plan to sit for certification as a psychodrama practitioner with the American Board of Examiners for Psychodrama, Sociometry, and Group Psychotherapy in October 2016. I provide a diverse range of services to empower individuals and couples in healing trauma, grief and loss, addiction and codependency. From a Mindfulness approach of calming energies, art expression, and journaling to Cognitive Behavior Therapy to Psychodrama - I will help my clients achieve wholeness as they explore and integrate their dreams and goals. I facilitated groups with Chaplains assisting active duty and /or retired military personnel and dependents affected by issues of trauma, loss, and addictions using experiential techniques for 12 years. I have experience working with DUI groups. I also have over 25 years experience utilizing and understanding twelve step program dynamics.
