Do you ever think, "Is this all there is"? You're not along; I'd like to help! You and I both know that over time, relationships change. But, they don't feel good, and it can even feel horrible when things are out of sync. It doesn't have to be this way. You don't need to settle for the status quo; let's work it out together. I work with couples and individuals who are frustrated in their relationship, and feel as though they just can't figure out "how to make it work". I have experience working with couples, families and children. Because of my experience and training in many types of therapies, I am able to offer a fresh look into relationships and communication skills to help struggling relationships or families.
