Teen years are confusing and frustrating for parents and teenagers. Sometimes teens and parents need someone to help guide them and provide support in a kind therapeutic manner. Parents, you and your child don't need to face the challenges alone. I utilize personal and educational experiences to help parents and adolescents work through issues such as depression, self harm, suicidal ideation, anger, anxiety, school avoidance, self esteem, and more. Because sometimes we don't leave adolescence without scars, I work with adults on issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work/life balance strategies, communication skills, and personal healing. I use an empathic, non-judgmental manner to guide you through tough situations. I find that exploring how family patterns affect you can help you improve life outcomes. Teaching resiliency, stress management, relaxation techniques, positive coping skills, and some of the skills I like to use in my therapy process. Bachelor of Science in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, 13 years working for a local corporation, Master of Clinical and Counseling Psychology degree from Chestnut Hill College
