My mission as a therapist is to assist clients in accessing their inner wisdom to form a meaningful response to the challenges that arise in life. I believe relationship is a channel through which great healing can occur and it is often through the therapeutic relationship that this healing can begin. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups who are struggling with a variety of issues that include depression, anxiety, relationship impasse and eating disorders.
