During difficult times we often find it hard to feel that there is hope. Seeking help is a first brave step in any process of change. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I have found that my style is caring, direct, and results oriented. I have helped people with an array of life and behavioral health issues, with extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, traumatic life experiences, and life transitions. With teens, I work collaboratively to provide individual therapy and (when needed) parent support. With adults, I develop custom treatment plans for each individual, depending on their situation and presenting concerns. My approach utilizes several different modalities, including CBT, ACT, and psycho-educational therapy. Ultimately, our goal is to work together to transform painful emotions and experiences into opportunities for healing and growth. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you.
