I love what I do. I can help facilitate your growth and help you through life challenges. You can change--no matter how old or young you are. I can help you if you are 13 or you are 85. With my years of clinical experience, a finely tuned intuition and training, I can help you. I have had personal challenges and those have only added to my depth of understanding and empathy. No matter what your stress is, there are concrete ways to deal with it effectively. If you want change and the tools to accomplish it, call me. Couples' counseling is one of my areas of expertise. I use a variety of communication techniques to promote better understanding between partners. I have also worked extensively with addictions--the addict/alcoholic and family members. Substance abuse effects everyone involved and everyone needs help. I know how to help. Our relationship is so important.
