I am an easy-going, creative and collaborative counselor. If you are a person that seeks enrichment, reflection and improvement (whatever that may mean to you personally), likes to "keep it real" (sorry to be cliché), laugh a little and share your story, then we're probably a good fit. My only agenda is to support you in your goals and to make sure that your time in session feels helpful to you. I work with clients focusing on life transitions, career issues, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, trauma & assault, interpersonal relationships & prenatal-postpartum support. Sometimes these things come in sets, and that's okay too! I have training in all of these areas so that we can make sure to be looking at the most whole picture possible. Clients are welcome to take away copies of the session's notes and any images or planning that we wrote up on the white board. Those that want homework get it, and those that don't, don't. Your sessions are tailored to what you feel would be most helpful.
